LDO European crane is a single beam bridge crane, using European technology and domestic components, with compact structure, strong rigidity, high cost performance characteristics. It can be used in various industrial occasions, such as ports, warehouses, factories and so on.

applicable environment

LDO European crane is suitable for indoor or outdoor fixed span places, such as workshop, warehouse, storage yard, vertical and horizontal transportation of materials. It is not suitable for transporting molten metal, flammable, explosive and corrosive media and other special occasions.

LDO European crane working environment temperature is -25℃~+40℃, relative humidity is not more than 85%, altitude is not more than 2000m, no fire and explosion risk and enough to affect the normal use of metal surface chemical corrosion.

LDO European crane is mainly composed of bridge (main beam), trolley (electric hoist), driving mechanism and electrical equipment four major parts.

1. Bridge frame (main beam)

The bridge is the main bearing part of the single beam bridge crane. It is made of welded box structure with compact structure and strong rigidity. The two ends of the bridge are provided with an end beam, and the end beam is provided with a driving wheel group and a buffer. The bridge runs longitudinally along the track, which can make full use of the space below for material lifting.

2. Trolley (electric hoist)

The trolley is the lifting part of the single beam bridge crane, which is composed of the electric hoist and the trolley walking mechanism. The electric hoist is located on one side of the main beam, increasing the working space of the hook. Electric hoist using Yuetong HC high-grade electric hoist or Demag OEM electric hoist, novel appearance, reliable performance. The trolley travelling mechanism consists of a driving device and a trolley wheel group, which runs laterally along the track on the main beam.

3. Driving mechanism

The driving mechanism is the longitudinal running part of the single beam bridge crane, which is composed of the driving device and the driving wheel group. The driving device adopts three-phase asynchronous motor connected with the hard tooth reducer, and transmits torque to the driving wheel group through the coupling. The driving wheel set consists of two or four looping or fixed wheels mounted on end beams and run lengthwise along a track on the ground or elevated [^2^][2].

4. Electrical equipment

Electrical equipment is the control component of single beam bridge crane, including power supply system and control system. The power supply system provides the electric energy required for the crane, which is powered by sliding contact line or cable. The control system provides the required signals and instructions for the crane, using the ground button box or remote control way to control. Electrical equipment with protection function, can prevent overload, overcurrent, short circuit, break equal fault.


lifting parameters

Lifting parameters refer to the main technical performance indicators of the crane, including rated lifting weight, span, working speed, lifting height, etc. The lifting parameters of LDO European crane are as follows [^1^][1] :

- Rated lifting weight: 5t to 20t
- Span: 7.5m to 31.5m
- Working speed: the walking speed of the trolley is 2~20m/min, the walking speed of the main beam is 3~30m/min, and the lifting speed is 0.8/5m/min
- Lifting height: 6 to 30m

4. Job level

The work level is the parameter that indicates the heavy degree of crane work, that is, the parameter that indicates the heavy degree of crane in time and the degree of full load. According to the use grade and load state, the crane work level is divided into eight levels, namely A1~A8.

The overall working level of LDO European crane is A3 or A4, which is suitable for general production occasions, and the working time is not more than 8 hours a day. The working class of electric hoist is M4 or M5, suitable for medium or high frequency use.

Five, type comparison

Single beam bridge crane is a kind of lifting equipment for material lifting over the workshop, warehouse and yard. It is composed of bridge frame, trolley walking mechanism, electric hoist and electrical equipment. According to the bridge structure and the different form of electric hoist, single beam bridge crane can be divided into the following types:

- Universal: The standard type of electric hoist, installed on the bottom or side of the main beam, suitable for general production occasions.
- European type: The use of European standard type of electric hoist, installed under the main beam or side, with light and compact structure and high efficiency and energy saving performance.
- Suspension type: The electric hoist of standard type or European standard type is installed above the main beam and connected to the track above the working floor through steel wire rope or steel plate, suitable for the occasion of small space in the lower level.
